Currioman Landing

Background:

The Currioman Landing boat ramp was completed in 1999.  The project received a $74,050 grant from the VSRFDF.  This ramp has limited parking and can handle about 10 vehicles with trailers.  The pier is handicapped accessible, but the parking lot is gravel and may be difficult to negotiate.  There are no restroom facilities at this site.  This is an unmonitored facility and there is no fee charged for usage.  The ramp has about 3-feet at mean low water. Fish caught in this area include croaker, spot, white perch, and striped bass.
