"PERTAINING TO DREDGING FOR CRABS"
CHAPTER 4 VAC 20-90-10 ET SEQ.
This chapter establishes areas of the Chesapeake Bay where crab dredging activities are prohibited.
This chapter is promulgated pursuant to the authority contained in §28.2-201 of the Code of Virginia and amends and re-adopts, as amended, previous Chapter VAC20-90-10 which was promulgated February 25, 1995 and made effective March 2, 1995. The effective date of this Chapter is April 30, 2008.
