Below are some forms required by the Virginia Marine Resources Commission for various activities. Most are in Adobe Portable Document Format (.pdf). You will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed to view and print forms in this format. To get Adobe Acrobat Reader click on the Get Acrobat Reader icon to the left and follow the directions to download the program. Where possible we have also provided forms in MS Word (.doc) or WordPerfect (.wpd) format. They can be opened, filled out, saved, and printed with one of those word processing programs.
