PREAMBLE
This chapter establishes a control date of June 24, 2008, for charter boat and head boat fisheries. This chapter amends and re-adopts, as amended, Chapter 4 VAC 20-1150-10 et seq., which was promulgated July 22, 2008 and made effective on August 1, 2008. The effective date of this chapter is March 1, 2022.
