Gloria Hatcher joined the VMRC's Administration and Finance team in November
as the Deputy Chief/Accounting Manager. Gloria has worked for the
Commonwealth of Virginia for 17 years in Administration and Finance roles.
Most recently, she was the Fiscal Director for the Southeastern Virginia
Training Center.
She earned her B.S.B.A. with a minor in Finance from
Christopher Newport University. She has also completed training to become a
Certified Virginia Contracting Officer, a Certified Virginia Contracting
Associate and a Certified Public Manager.
In her free time, Gloria
enjoys walking her dog, interacting with her conures, bowling and relaxing
at the beach.
